Corporate Floors Nominated for MBE Supplier of the Year by American Airlines

Corporate Floors was honored in November at the 2008 Dallas/Ft Worth Minority Business Council E-Awards by being nominated by American Airlines as their Minority Supplier of the Year. Anniversary Party was a Success

Over 200 people joined Corporate Floors at the historic Lancaster Theatre in Grapevine, TX, for the company’s 10-year anniversary party. It was a special night of food, fun, dancing and even a little Elvis! Corporate Floors would like to thank all of our customers and our friends for helping us make it to a landmark anniversary.

The party was so successful that we now intend to make it an annual event in an effort to thank our clients, vendors and employees for making our continued growth and success possible. So, see you next year!

Corporate Floors 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament is a Success

I wanted to offer thanks again to all who attended our 2nd annual Corporate Floors charity golf tournament.  It was another awesome day of food, fun and friendship. I’d like to personally thank all of the Corporate Floors team members who worked so hard to put on this event as well as WaterChase Golf Club for a great venue.  We especially would like to thank our sponsors for all their help to make this event so special.

During the golf tournament, we raised over $1,500 to go towards our charities!  What we have decided to do this year is instead of donating to our normal charities (Leukemia Society and American Forests), we have made the decision to donate the money to the American Red Cross in order to aid our fellow Texans in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.  We hope you understand and support our decision to shift these funds this way.  We were blessed that none of our employees or friends in the Houston area suffered any major damage however there were plenty of those who did. I spend a few days there immediately after the hurricane to assess the damage and was amazed as the level of destruction in some areas. We spent over a week drying out several client buildings in the aftermath.  

Thanks again for being a part of our event and we look forward to seeing everyone out again next year where it will be even better than ever!  Don’t forget, our 10 year anniversary is just around the corner (November 12) and we are planning for over 200 folks to join us for food, dancing, music and Texas hold em!  There may even be a mariachi or two….or three! Love Field Awards Corporate Floors 3-Year Maintenance Contract—for 3rd Time

Dallas Love Field gets over 6 million visitors per year and that’s a lot of feet! When the airport installed new carpet seven years ago, management realized that they needed to make a change from spin bonnet cleaning to a different maintenance technology. A demanding specification was written—to find a company that could meet the quality, security and cleaning standards set forth by the airport and the manufacturer of their carpet. Among all the bids received, Corporate Floors was the vendor awarded the contract! For the third time in a row! It’s now over seven years since we began maintaining all concourse carpet in the Southwest Airlines Terminal, and we’re proud to say it has never looked better!
