Sustainability is the new thing these days, but it's not new at Corporate Floors. Here's how we "LEED" the sustainable flooring industry:

For over 12 years, we have used MilliCare, the most environmentally sensitive cleaning process for your carpets and textiles.

MilliCare is the first dry carpet cleaning process to be certified by the Carpet & Rug Institute as a deep extraction cleaning system and one of the first to be Green Seal™ approved.

In 2008, we saved over 731,995 gallons of water by using MilliCare over hot water extraction.

We created the state's first carpet recycling company, Texas Carpet Recycling.

We were the 1st flooring company in the state to divert ALL carpet from ALL commercial projects from the landfill.

Through our partnership with American Forests, we've planted over 1500 trees with their ReLeaf program. We plant one tree for every ton of carpet diverted from the landfill and an additional tree for every signature we receive at our trade shows.

We were the 1st flooring company in the Metroplex to be Green Advantage Certified.

We're the 1st flooring company in the area to have a LEED AP on staff, Dee Cassell.
